Role Description

This role offers a great opportunity to enhance your CV. The primary responsibility is to expedite IT equipment refurbishment for clients by configuring laptops and desktops.

The IT Support Technician will provide first-level support, diagnose faults, reconfigure and re-image machines (install necessary software), decommission old machines, repair where possible, and redeploy equipment to clients.
