Job description

A national organisation with multiple branches and a major warehouse operation is seeking an adaptable, technically strong IT Support Technician to manage all onsite IT requirements.

The role is highly independent : the technician will be the sole IT support resource at the warehouse, responsible for maintaining infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and supporting both users and operational systems.

The position requires someone hands‑on, versatile, and confident working across hardware, networks, software, CCTV, and warehouse IT environments. The individual will report into the warehouse leadership team with oversight from senior management at head office.
