The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, advanced computer literacy including MS SQL, and familiarity with Tibco Nimbus. Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and process mapping.
• Advanced computer literacy with MS Office and SQL.
• Experience with Tibco Nimbus is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Nimbus system and manage user access.
• Ensure timely completion of Change Management tasks.
• Monitor overdue Change Requests and monthly reports.
