Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware including laptops and desktops.
• Diagnose and resolve faults logged on the company's helpdesk system.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex issues.
• Document and track support requests and resolutions.
• Assist in the implementation of IT security policies.
