  • Providing day to day technical support to users of AlplaPROD.
  • Support the implementation of new features released for AlplaPROD.
  • User access management of AlplaPROD, including facilitating approvals of user access requests.
  • Training of AlplaPROD process owners when required.

Job description
What you will enjoy doing
  • Providing day to day technical support to users of AlplaPROD
  • Support the implementation of new features released for AlplaPROD as communicated by the Corporate IT for Operations team
  • Taking note of and following guidelines with regards to AlplaPROD, as communicated by the Corporate IT for Operations team
  • Reporting new requirements for AlplaPROD to the Systems Analyst (SOAF)
  • Escalation of unresolved AlplaPROD support queries to Corporate IT for Operations team as necessary
  • Support, implementation and maintenance of IT equipment related to the supply chain system, for example barcode scanners and barcode label printers
  • Maintaining an asset register of all IT equipment related to AlplaPROD
  • User access management of AlplaPROD, including facilitating approvals of user access requests
  • Management and configuration of shared user accounts used by plant operations
  • Training of AlplaPROD process owners when required, for example when process owners leave the company, or if training is required due to changes or new features in AlplaPROD
  • Maintaining a good relationship with the local CTO responsible(s) and provide support for the implementation of CTO processes as required
  • Provide technical support to users for Excel based reports linked to AlplaPROD
  • Monitor integration between AlplaPROD and D365 F&O (interfaces), and resolve or escalate problems as necessary
  • Escalate master data issues in AlplaPROD or D365 F&O to master data responsible as necessary
  • Support implementations of AlplaPROD in new plants
  • Support the Systems Analyst (SOAF) in the performance of his duties
