The Role :
As IT Sales Executive for Software & Telecommunications, you will :
- Generate new business by leveraging existing and potential client networks.
- Identify prospective clients and develop tailored approach strategies.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities via cold-calling, networking and social media.
- Maintain a clear and accurate sales opportunity pipeline.
- Set up meetings with potential clients, assess their needs and articulate how our solutions add value.
- Produce and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Deliver technical overviews and demonstrations of software / telecom solutions.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to maximize results.
- Collaborate closely with the team to improve performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Stay informed of industry advancements and adapt to fast-paced technology changes.
Candidate Profile :
- A genuine passion for technology and how it empowers ambitious organisations.
- Demonstrable experience in a business-development role within IT or Technology sectors.
- Strong consultative sales methodology.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting / exceeding targets.
- Ability to develop relationships across both operational and business-decision levels.
- Clear understanding of business requirements and ability to translate them into IT / telecom solutions.
- Confidence presenting in meetings (strategy reviews, service reviews, project updates).
- Ability to embrace change in a dynamic, fast-growing organisation.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Cloud services (Office 365, Azure) and ability to align business goals with IT.
