  • Receive email and telephonic queries.
  • Follow up on quotes and process sales orders as needed.
  • Call allocated customer base regularly.
  • Cold call to acquire new clients.
  • Attend all sales and product training as required.
  • Complete daily customer call log sheets.
  • Update customer database regularly.
  • Create sales plan approach for each major customer.
