Job description

Clifton School, the independent school for boys in Durban, offers a traditional education from Grade 00 to Grade 12. It is situated in Morningside in Durban.

The College invites applications for the following post:

ISIZULU TEACHER

GRADES 8 – 12

(to commence duty Term 1 of 2026)

The ideal candidate will hold the following qualities:

• be an appropriately qualified and experienced isiZulu teacher;
• have registered with SACE;
• have IEB experience as an advantage but not a prerequisite;
• have Matric marking experience as an advantage;
• have experience in curriculum development, or sound knowledge of the IEB isiZulu curriculum;
• be energetic and creative;
• be prepared to play a full and active role in the co-curricular life of the school.
