Job summary

A busy sales office is looking for an invoicing clerk with a positive attitude and good mathematical skills. The ideal candidate is energetic, non-smoking, and healthy. Responsibilities include dealing with customers daily and communicating with retail stores. Candidates with matric and a secretarial diploma or experience are preferred, but school leavers with the right attitude will be considered. Own transport is required and proximity to the office in Gauteng is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a non-smoker and a healthy person.
• Experience with Palladium is beneficial, but training on Pastel is available.
• Must have own transport and live close to the office.

Job description

We are looking for an invoicing clerk/Girl Friday 20 – 30 years old for a busy sales office enviroment with a positive can-do attitude, good mathematical skills, energetic.

Requirements:

• Will need to use the stairs from sales office to the warehouse often during the day
• Non – smoker, healthy person
• Experience on palladium beneficial however if they have worked on pastel, they can be trained
• Must have their own car/transport, someone who lives close to the office so Randburg, east-rand, centurion, midrand, wendywood
• Matric essential and secretarial diploma/ experience
• We will even look at a matric school leaver with the right attitude that we will train
• Sober habits, well groomed, confident as they will be front line staff and deal with our customers every day
• Someone who can also pick up the phone and deal with the retail stores.
