HR & Payroll Administrator – Maternity Relief (Germiston, Gauteng)

Duration: 4 months, start 1 April

Responsibilities:

  • Full IR function – address grievances, represent company in labour discussions and CCMA representation.
  • Full payroll management – process payroll, maintain records, calculate deductions, bonuses, commissions & overtime, address queries.
  • HR administration full function, assist with recruitment, onboarding and orientation, resolve conflicts.
  • Petty cash custodian, data input and process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 with Diploma or Degree in HR.
  • 3+ years HR experience emphasising payroll and IR.
  • Knowledge of BCEA, LRA, COID, OHS.
  • Experience on Sage Cloud and MS Office.
