Delivery
Designing and developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, VisualForce, Aura Lightning Components, LWC, test class development, and coverage.
Exploring methods to enhance product quality through containerisation and continuous integration, fostering a streamlined DevOps culture.
Engaging in various stages of the SDLC, from system design to analysis, scoping, and estimation.
Researching innovative technologies and implementing them in projects to drive innovation.

A bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 4 years' experience in Salesforce development.
Strong knowledge of Apex, VisualForce, Aura Lightning Components, LWC, test class development, and coverage.
Experience with Salesforce integration with other platforms.
Good understanding of 's Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform.
Experience working in a delivery team together with other disciplines to deliver a product.
Proficient in Agile software development methodologies and tools.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a drive for continual improvement.
Prohybrid working model working from the office on average 2–3 times per week.
A strong customer‑facing ability.
Flexibility to work across a variety of different environments and tooling.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I / II, Certified Technical Architect) are a plus.
