The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in IT project delivery, a solid grasp of the Insurance industry, and strong leadership and communication skills. Certifications in project management are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in IT project or program delivery.
• Strong experience as a Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Program Manager.
• Proven delivery experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects or programs within the Insurance domain.
• Oversee full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Ensure milestones, deliverables, and SLAs are met on time.
