Inside Sales Client Manager role at NTT DATA, Inc.

The Skilled Inside Sales Client Manager has solid inside sales experience. This is a transactional role focused on current clients with the opportunity to engage through programmatic use cases and digital channels to acquire their technology needs.

The role mines new sales opportunities within an assigned account list and uses a proactive and systematic approach, leveraging company tools and methodologies to understand clients’ implicit and explicit needs.

Responsibilities
  • Manages and grows relationships and drives expansion and renewals across all solutions (foundational solutions primary) within assigned accounts.
  • Minimizes churn and maximizes retention in assigned accounts.
  • Drives client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients’ buying process.
  • Generates demand by assisting clients to identify current needs and articulating how the company can add value through services and solutions.
  • Uses company sales tools and methodology to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts.
  • Creates and presents new and additional offerings to clients, communicates quotes, provides supportive sales documentation, and obtains a sales order where there is an opportunity to close a sale.
  • Builds relationships with clients and demonstrates interest in and knowledge of the client environment.
  • Identifies opportunities for upselling of solutions and services and displays superior telephone etiquette.
  • Identifies sales opportunities by managing and growing revenue and expansion across solution areas in the assigned accounts.
  • Adheres to governance and compliance standards, escalating identified problems for investigation and resolution.
  • Adheres to Finance standards and procedures to reduce costs and report associated risk.
