IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Cisco Network Engineer will deliver Level 1, 2, and 3 operational support and maintenance for the Client’s LAN, WAN, Security, and Unified Communications (UC) environment. The role ensures system stability, incident resolution, and proactive maintenance in line with the contracted Scope of Work.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide daily system health checks across UC, LAN, WAN, and Security platforms.
• Manage incidents (P1–P4) and ensure timely fault resolution.
• Document change records for configuration updates and software upgrades.
• Verify and log system backups weekly.
• Produce quarterly capacity reports with usage trends and recommendations.
• Deliver RCA (Root Cause Analysis) reports for major incidents.
• Collaborate with Level 3 engineers for complex issues and escalate via the client’s service desk when required.
• Assist Client’s internal team during and after the initial 12-month transition period.
• Support system health checks, backups, and maintenance during bi-monthly site visits (post-transition).

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Minimum 5 years post-certification experience (3+ years may be considered).
• Proven track record in supporting enterprise LAN, WAN, UC, and Security environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco UC platforms (CUCM, UCCX, Cube Gateways, TMS).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise WAN design, routing protocols, and wireless connectivity.
• Familiarity with Cisco DNA Centre, ISE, and enterprise wireless solutions.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Cisco CLCOR – Implementing and Operating Cisco Collaboration Core Technologies (Exam 350-801)
• Cisco ENSDWI – Implementing Cisco SD-WAN Solutions (Exam 300-415)
• Cisco SISE – Implementing and Configuring Cisco Identity Services Engine (Exam 300-715)

Additional Requirements

• Working knowledge of incident management and RCA reporting.
• Ability to document and manage configuration changes and upgrades.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
