  • Update and maintain the complaints management system.
  • Follow up on current cases from complainants and industry participants.

Position Overview

CTC. My client in the East of Pretoria is seeking a professional, motivated and service‑driven individual to join their team as an Information and Liaison Officer.

Qualifications
  • Must have completed Grade 12.
  • Must be fully proficient in English and speak at least one additional South African language.
  • Must have at least 2–3 years of call centre experience.
  • Knowledge of the Consumer Protection Act is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the South African Automotive Industry Code of Conduct will be advantageous.
  • Must have the ability to effectively work under pressure.
  • Strong computer literacy is needed.
