Job description

Duties

• Design and manage bespoke itineraries across South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Mozambique
• Communicate with international travel advisors and partners, ensuring every detail reflects our luxury standards
• Prepare accurate quotations, confirm supplier bookings and manage files from enquiry to completion
• Contribute creative ideas and destination insight to elevate the client experience
• Collaborate within a small, dynamic team that values quality, authenticity and long-term relationships

Your Growth Path

• Begins as a half-day role (±4 hours/day) during the onboarding phase to learn our systems and approach
• After the initial onboarding, the position continues as a half-day remote (work-from-home) role, allowing flexibility while staying closely connected with our Cape Town team
• Grows into a full-time position once independence and accuracy are demonstrated
• Offers increasing responsibility, creative input and professional development within the luxury inbound sector

Requirements

• Grade 12
• A formal travel and tourism qualification
• Minimum 2 years inbound travel experience (preferably within a DMC or tour operator)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong Southern Africa product knowledge and an exceptional eye for detail
• Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced industry
