Job description

Fantastic opportunity to join this niche national ABS / commercial insurance company and work on top-quality cases on behalf of household companies & insurer clients. They have a national presence with offices based in the South West; however, this role can be entirely remote with quarterly travel to their head office in Bristol.

You will ideally have at least 2+ years' PQE with experience in providing respondent employment law advice. The staff at this firm are highly experienced, coming from top-tier backgrounds, offering you a platform to learn from the best, work with an established client base, and build your own relationships. Ideally, you will have gained good experience working on quality employment law matters at an established practice.

The team handles both contentious and non-contentious work and is building a reputation for servicing large clients and delivering outstanding quality work. The role involves advising on respondent employment matters, including reviewing contracts and policies, advising on termination of employment, drafting settlement agreements, providing corporate support on commercial agreements and transactions, and representing clients in employment tribunal cases. There is scope to handle some claimant work as well, but the majority of work is respondent-focused.

This firm emphasizes client care, with no financial targets, focusing instead on delivering excellent service and finding commercial solutions quickly.

Multiple positions are available for Associate Solicitors, with salaries up to £55,000 plus a stellar benefits package.
