Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years working experience as a Field Service Engineer / Clinical Engineer.
• Field service experience within a regulated environment such as medical / pharmaceutical.
• Medical background in the clinical field of imaging, surgical robotics, radiation therapy.

Responsibilities

• Installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of surgical systems.
• Documenting service work accurately and maintaining service logs.
• Providing technical support to internal and external customers.
