A leading supplier in the hydraulics sector is seeking an experienced Hydraulic Hose Sales Marketer in Johannesburg, South Africa. Seeking a high performing, experienced Hydraulic Hose Sales Representative. Someone with strong industry experience, existing customer relationships, and a solid understanding of Hydraulic hoses and related components. Looking for an individual who is highly self-sufficient, self-motivated, and capable of treating this business as if it were their own.
Generate new leads and grow the customer base. Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients (OEM’s, workshops, existing contractors, mining, agriculture, construction etc) Promote and sell hydraulic hoses, fittings, adaptors, and related components. Perform on site customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical consultations. Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable hydraulic solutions.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and product pricing. Independently plan and manage schedule, territory, and customer engagements. Monitor market movement, competitor behaviour, and industry trends.
Minimum requirements : 3 to 5+ years of proven sales experience in the hydraulic hose / hydraulics industry (mandatory) Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic hoses, fittings, crimping, adaptors, and related systems. Established network of industry contacts is highly advantageous. Valid driver’s license. Own reliable vehicle (fuel reimbursement / allowance) Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Target driven with a strong work ethic and commitment to results.
