  • 2+ years experience as Broker Assistant or similar supporting role needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Wealth Manager.
  • Manage client onboarding documentation and records.
  • Prepare and process investment and insurance paperwork.
  • Liaise with clients and product providers for efficient resolutions.
