Job summary

A leading global accountancy firm is seeking an organised Audit Quality Team Assistant to provide high-level administrative support. This hybrid role involves coordinating training, managing schedules, and liaising with stakeholders. Ideal candidates possess a Diploma in Office Administration or similar, with 2 to 4 years' experience in a corporate environment. Strong communication skills and a meticulous approach are essential. The position offers flexible working hours within a high-performance audit environment.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years' administrative or coordination experience in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with training coordination or an LMS is highly advantageous.
  • Short courses in Quality Management or Learning & Development are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Audit Quality department.
  • Attend meetings, prepare accurate minutes, and manage follow-up actions.
  • Assist with diary management and booking meeting rooms.
