A leading firm in HR Management is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner in Durban, responsible for integrating HR functions to support strategic goals. This is a pivotal leadership role reporting directly to the General Manager of the Business Unit. You will be entrusted with leading and integrating all HR functions—Operations, Employee Relations, and Learning & Development—to ensure our people plans directly support the unit's strategic objectives, all while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence organizational design, drive significant change management projects, and shape the employee experience to position the unit as an employer of choice. You will be instrumental in developing strategic workforce plans, overseeing critical talent management processes (including succession planning and performance management), and ensuring HR analytics deliver measurable business value. Success in this role hinges on your ability to partner effectively with executive teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships, including external bodies and union representatives.
