Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Johannesburg is looking for an HR Administrator to maintain organizational performance information systems and manage payroll inputs. The ideal candidate must possess an NQF Level 6 Diploma in Human Resources, have at least 2 years of experience in HR Information Systems, and working knowledge of labor laws. Responsibilities include administration of employee benefits, processing status changes, and ensuring data integrity on SAP and SAGE.

Qualifications

Job description
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintain the organisational performance information systems
  • Create position numbers
  • Update and maintain organisation structures, aligned to the approved blueprint
  • Process and ensure all information on SAP and SAGE is in accordance to relevant applicable procedures
  • Ensure data integrity of information processed on SAP and SAGE
  • Balance the payroll input against RFW (Retirement Fund Web) Sanlam
  • Administration of status changes feeding to the payroll system
  • Employee benefits administration (pension fund and medical aid)
  • Administration of employee engagements and terminations, including compliance to exit procedures
  • Leave administration and capturing on SAGE
  • Process and manage the purchase requisition process on SAP
  • Generate bonus, increase, incentive, status change and long service award letters
  • Maintain employee personnel files, in line with audit recommendations
  • Update and maintain OP sharepoint
  • Liaising with internal and external auditors
  • Manage the Flowcentric process
  • Schedule interviews and psychometric assessments
  • Process MIE verifications and reference checks
  • Generate offer letters and contracts of employment
  • Schedule induction
  • Regret letters
  • Compile staff announcements
  • Maintain the recruitment and other trackers for all locations
  • Generate leave reports
  • Manage the contractor/ service provider database
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • National senior certificate is essential
  • NQF Level 6 Diploma / Advanced certificate in Human Resources/ Social Sciences /Industrial Psychology is essential
  • Minimum 2 years working knowledge of LRA, BCEA, PAYE, UIF, EEA, SDA and SDLA and Medical Aid and Pension Fund Administration Principles
  • 2 years of experience in Report Writing
  • 2 years of experience in HR Information Systems (SAP and SAGE)
