The successful candidate will manage the full employee lifecycle and lead strategic HR initiatives while collaborating with international offices. Alongside overseeing HR operations, the successful candidate will contribute to cross-functional projects and provide operational support to the leadership team

Minimum Requirements
Matric or equivalant
HR Diploma / Degree
2-3 years’ experience in HR management, ideally within a BPO, call centre or similar context
Strong knowledge of South African labour law; international HR experience (especially UK) is a plus
Proven experience with employee relations, reviews, and performance escalations
Experience in building or scaling HR operations in fast-growing businesses
Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable juggling operational HR work with strategic initiatives and project-based responsibilities
