Job Description

Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: 3-6 months
Work set up: 100% remote, must work GMT day (will also consider IN-based candidatesbut would need to work the GMT or Eastern Time Zone day)

Our client, a leader in the Information Technology and Digital Solutions industry, is looking for a Marketing Operations (MarOps) Manager, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HubSpot automation platform. This is a key role in driving efficiency across marketing activities, with a primary focus on maintaining CRM workflows, supporting campaign execution, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The role also serves as the first point of contact for HubSpot-related queries, supporting lead management, performance reporting, and the ongoing enhancement and future upgrades of the Marketing Operations function.

What you will do:

  • Manage and optimize all elements of HubSpot serving the requirements of the various Marketing members,
  • Design, build, and refine automated campaigns and workflows, ensuring timely and tailored customer engagement.
  • Administer integrations between HubSpot and other MarTech tools, enabling seamless data exchange and accurate campaign attribution.
  • Develop and implement lead scoring models for effective prioritization and handoff to sales.
  • Track and analyze funnel performance, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Create dashboards and reports for the different management levels of the business providing actionable insights on key KPIs: CAC, conversion rates, lead volume, and campaign ROI.
  • Stay updated on best practices and new HubSpot features, training team members and fostering adoption.
  • Ensure all CRM and marketing automation processes comply with data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and company standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, content, and leadership to align operations with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs and documentation related to marketing operations and HubSpot utilization.
Qualifications
  • Successful candidate must be able to work the GMT day, with overlap with global stakeholders.
  • Hands‑on experience with marketing automation systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Analytical mindset with strong ability to extract insights from data and optimize based on findings.
  • Technical proficiency in CRM management, automation setup, workflow design, and database hygiene.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non‑technical audiences and cross‑departmental collaboration.
  • Experience with data privacy compliance within marketing systems.
  • Familiarity with campaign attribution, lead management, and relevant KPIs for B2B organizations.
  • Ability to manage projects, develop scalable processes, and execute multiple initiatives independently.
  • HubSpot certifications and continuous learning (HubSpot Academy).
