ROLE OVERVIEW

Hartree Partners is seeking a detail-orientated and technically adept HRIS Specialist to join our HR team in South Africa.

This full-time role will play a critical part in the operations, implementation, and optimisation of our Oracle HR systems.

Working closely with HR leadership, you will support day-to-day system functionality, help drive process improvements, and ensure the effective use of Oracle to meet business and HR needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and ensure the integrity of HR data, system configurations, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with IT or vendors for resolution.
• Develop and distribute HR reports and dashboards; provide data analysis and ad-hoc reporting support.
• Participate in system implementations, upgrades, testing, and documentation.
• Serve as the main point of contact for HRIS inquiries and provide user training and support.
• Identify and implement process improvements through automation and system enhancements.
• Assist in managing vendor relationships and overseeing integrations with other HR and business systems.

REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive experience with HRIS platforms, specifically Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

Based in South Africa; flexibility for onsite or remote work.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, or similar would be advantageous.
• Advantageous to have Oracle certifications in relevant HR modules.
• Experience with system implementations or large-scale updates.
