Qualifications

  • 3+ years of operational experience as an HR Officer with a proven track record is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Human Capital data and records for Special Steels Division.
  • Adhere to statutory regulations and report non-compliance.
  • Manage payroll reconciliations and administration.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Conduct HR inductions for new employees.
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle from posting to placement.
  • Provide guidance and advice to staff.
