An organization in South Africa is seeking an experienced HR professional to implement HR strategies and manage the Employee Life Cycle process. You will coordinate recruitment, advise on performance management, and ensure compliance with labour legislation. The ideal candidate has a National Diploma in Human Resource Management and relevant HR experience. To implement HR-related strategies and projects, manage the Employee Life Cycle process, and provide general HR support to employees. The position reports to the Head of Human Resources.
National Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent, 3-4 years’ experience in the Human Resource Management area. Knowledge of SA Labour Legislation (BCEA, LRA, SDA, EEA, etc.), HR systems (Sage 300), and intermediate computer literacy.
The candidate must demonstrate people management, presentation, problem-solving, interpersonal and conflict management skills, in-depth knowledge of the HR value chain, ability to perform under pressure, and team orientation.
