A major service industry company in South Africa is seeking a Generalist HR Manager to oversee the full HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and statutory reporting. The ideal candidate must possess a Human Resources degree and have experience in IR and BBBEE. This role requires the flexibility to travel within South Africa and encompasses developing employment policies and managing HR administrators. Competitive package offered between R50k-R55k CTC, depending on experience and qualification.
Generalist HR Manager required to manage the full HR, IR and EE function for a large company in the service industry.
All HR generalist functions including recruitment, administration, remuneration, contracts
Performance, disciplinaries & CCMA (with the assistance of an outsourced legal team)
Statutory reporting including training and development, BBBEE
Development of employment policies and procedures
Management of the corporate social investment
Management of HR administrators
Human Resources degree or related qualification is essential
IR experience
BBBEE experience
Must be willing to travel within South Africa
