Job summary

A major service industry company in South Africa is seeking a Generalist HR Manager to oversee the full HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and statutory reporting. Generalist HR Manager

Generalist HR Manager required to manage the full HR, IR and EE function for a large company in the service industry.

Duties & Responsibilities

All HR generalist functions including recruitment, administration, remuneration, contracts

Industrial and Employee Relations

Performance, disciplinaries & CCMA (with the assistance of an outsourced legal team)

Statutory reporting including training and development, BBBEE

Development of employment policies and procedures

Management of the corporate social investment

Management of HR administrators

Desired Experience & Qualification

Human Resources degree or related qualification is essential

IR experience

BBBEE experience

Must be willing to travel within South Africa

Package & Remuneration

• R50k-R55k CTC, including Provident Fund (dependant on experience and qualification)
