Ø What You’ll Be Doing

Be at the heart of the people function and support the full HR lifecycle:

Ø Recruitment & On/Offboarding
  • End-to-end recruitment and workforce planning
  • Run smooth interview, onboarding, and exit processes
  • Enhance the overall employee experience
Ø Employee Relations
  • Support a positive, inclusive culture
  • Guide and assist employees with HR‑related matters
  • Help resolve issues using IR best practice
Ø Performance & Engagement
  • Administer performance reviews and goal setting
  • Support engagement initiatives, development programs, and change management
Ø Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure alignment with labour laws and HR regulations
  • Assist with audits and compliance across BBBEE, EE, OHS, LRA, SETA, DoL, SARS
Ø Training & Development
  • Coordinate training, career development, and succession planning
Ø Benefits & Payroll
  • Administer benefits (medical aid, provident fund, etc.)
  • Assist with payroll processing
Ø HR Data & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate HR data, reporting, and document control
  • Ensure confidentiality and POPIA compliance
Ø Facilities Support
  • Support space planning, assets management, and vendor coordination
Ø What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
  • Solid understanding of labour law & HR best practice
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
  • High levels of empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality
