Ø What You’ll Be Doing
Be at the heart of the people function and support the full HR lifecycle:
Ø Recruitment & On/Offboarding
- End-to-end recruitment and workforce planning
- Run smooth interview, onboarding, and exit processes
- Enhance the overall employee experience
Ø Employee Relations
- Support a positive, inclusive culture
- Guide and assist employees with HR‑related matters
- Help resolve issues using IR best practice
Ø Performance & Engagement
- Administer performance reviews and goal setting
- Support engagement initiatives, development programs, and change management
Ø Compliance & Governance
- Ensure alignment with labour laws and HR regulations
- Assist with audits and compliance across BBBEE, EE, OHS, LRA, SETA, DoL, SARS
Ø Training & Development
- Coordinate training, career development, and succession planning
Ø Benefits & Payroll
- Administer benefits (medical aid, provident fund, etc.)
- Assist with payroll processing
Ø HR Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate HR data, reporting, and document control
- Ensure confidentiality and POPIA compliance
Ø Facilities Support
- Support space planning, assets management, and vendor coordination
Ø What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
- Solid understanding of labour law & HR best practice
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
- High levels of empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Calm, adaptable, proactive, and able to navigate sensitive conversations
