🔸 What You’ll Be Doing

Be at the heart of the people function and support the full HR lifecycle:

✨ Recruitment & On/Offboarding

  • End-to-end recruitment and workforce planning
  • Run smooth interview, onboarding, and exit processes
  • Enhance the overall employee experience

✨ Employee Relations

  • Support a positive, inclusive culture
  • Guide and assist employees with HR-related matters
  • Help resolve issues using IR best practice

✨ Performance & Engagement

  • Administer performance reviews and goal setting
  • Support engagement initiatives, development programs, and change management

✨ Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure alignment with labour laws and HR regulations
  • Assist with audits and compliance across BBBEE, EE, OHS, LRA, SETA, DoL, SARS

✨ Training & Development

  • Coordinate training, career development, and succession planning

✨ Benefits & Payroll

  • Administer benefits (medical aid, provident fund, etc.)Assist with payroll processing

✨ HR Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate HR data, reporting, and document control
  • Ensure confidentiality and POPIA compliance

✨ Facilities Support

  • Support space planning, assets management, and vendor coordination

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
