Job summary

A leading property management firm is seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join their team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will have over 5 years of HR and payroll experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities include COIDA submissions, payroll capturing, and various administrative duties. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about the property industry. Qualifications

  • At least 5 years working experience.
  • Experience in HR & Payroll preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Completing the yearly COIDA submissions.
  • Doing COIDA registrations and ensuring all payments are up to date.
  • UIF registrations for various Body Corporates, HOA's and Estates.
  • Assisting with payroll capturing.
  • Assisting with monthly payroll reporting and extraction of files.
  • Doing audits on various items such as Leave balances, Tax Numbers etc.
  • Keeping employee work permits up to date and implementing changes.
  • Assisting with EMP501 submissions.
  • Assisting with various ad-hoc projects arising.
  • Other administrative duties.

The candidate must have excellent communication skills, possess great attention to detail and work well under pressure.
