Overview

Purpose of Position: We are a leading company committed to excellence in our industry, dedicated to fostering a positive and dynamic work environment. We are currently seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator with a background and experience in HR administration to join our team in Johannesburg.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment administration activities, e.g. posting advertisements, scheduling job interviews, maintaining applicant records, etc.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and systems with accurate employee information.
  • Generate HR reports as required.
  • Training administration – keep track of approved training courses, book training courses for approved employees and keep up-to-date training details.
  • Employee Relations administration – admin associated with grievances, disciplinary enquiries and CCMA.
  • Timely response to internal clients for queries and requests for visa letters, invitation letters, and confirmation of employment letters.
  • Data capturing / minute-taking in legislated committee meetings.
  • Other duties as required from time to time.
Qualifications
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or studying towards this qualification is essential.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an HR administration, HR generalist/ HR Clerk role
  • Knowledge of South African Labour Laws and regulations.
  • Strong administration, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Strong computer literacy skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
