Job Description:

As a Hotel Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Your main responsibility is to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they depart. This is a full‑time permanent position with competitive salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check‑in and check‑out guests efficiently and accurately
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails and messages in a timely manner
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience
• Assist with reservations and room assignments
• Handle guest requests and inquiries with a positive attitude and sense of urgency
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
• Attend to any other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager or General Manager
