Assist the Bar Manager in all aspects of bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Prepare and serve a variety of drinks and cocktails to guests in a timely and friendly manner. Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their drinks and address any concerns or complaints. Assist with training new bar staff and ensure that all team members adhere to company standards and policies. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times and provide exceptional customer service to all guests. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean working environment. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the bar and overall guest satisfaction.
