We are seeking a dynamic and multi-skilled individual to join our team as a second receptionist, with flexibility to assist in various areas of hotel operations. This role is ideal for a young, enthusiastic person eager to learn new skills and grow within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional front-of-house reception services, welcoming and assisting guests.
  • Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
  • Assist in the bar when required.
  • Conduct housekeeping checks to maintain quality standards.
  • Oversee and check laundry operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using hotel systems (Semper knowledge advantageous).
  • Represent the hotel professionally across all departments.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills with fluent spoken and written English.
  • Computer literate; experience with hotel management systems (Semper advantage advantageous).
  • Friendly, professional, and well-presented.
  • Flexible and willing to assist across different areas of the hotel.
  • Previous hospitality experience advantageous but not essential – training will be provided.
Remuneration & Benefits
  • Salary: R6,000 negotiable per month, depending on experience.
  • Basic accommodation provided.
  • KPI-based incentive opportunities.
