Your work environment

Each Resort features several restaurants and bars, from large event spaces to more intimate venues, serving our premium all-inclusive offer. Our bars and dining areas encourage encounters and reconnections between guests and staff, setting the rhythm for each highlight of the day. From themed evenings to festive events, you will work in a diverse and dynamic environment where you can express your creativity. Our refined offer revolves around five pillars: creating memorable experiences, surprising guests with a variety of conceptual spaces, promoting well‑being for all (including your own), and engaging the senses and emotions through staging and presentation.

You are
  • Organized, able to manage priorities effectively.
  • Rigorous, comfortable with budgeting and cost control.
  • Responsible, with proven team management experience to lead and inspire.
You will
  • Apply and ensure compliance with Club Med standards to guarantee the quality and efficiency of service and processes in the Resort.
  • Manage a team of 15 to 20 staff members, guiding them toward shared objectives.

  • Perform regular checks to prevent supply shortages and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Guarantee the implementation and strict compliance with hygiene and safety procedures.

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)

As a G.O, you will perform your role with passion while participating in key moments of our guests’ stay. Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unforgettable memories. Being a G.O is much more than just a job, it’s about sharing moments of connection and emotion within a multicultural team.
