Job Title : Head of Sales Report to : Culture and Performance Engineer Seniority Level : Mid Career (2 - 4 yrs exp) Type : Permanent Duties and Responsibilities : Sales and Operations Management

Drive demand generation and convert qualified leads into revenue through effective sales execution and customer engagement.

Manage key customer relationships in collaboration with Pre-Sales and Service Delivery teams.

Guide pricing strategy by advising on appropriate schedules for bids and proposals.

Track pipeline performance, report on business development progress, and benchmark against targets.

Support new client acquisition through collaborative sales efforts and cross‑functional coordination.

Leverage synergies across the One‑Inno Vent group to unlock industry‑specific opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in new and existing accounts.

Identify market opportunities and contribute to the development or retirement of solutions.

Provide strategic input into planning, budgeting, and performance reviews with executive leadership.

Promote collaboration across teams to drive cross‑sell, upsell, and innovation.
