The Head of Growth Marketing is a performance‑driven leader responsible for driving digital growth across Nedbank’s Personal and Private banking portfolios, with a key focus on customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and product‑market fit.
This role blends the art and science of modern marketing — bringing together product, data, and technology to create a measurable impact on revenue and brand equity. The incumbent will lead a team of specialised Product Marketing Portfolio Leads and Digital Performance Experts, ensuring full‑funnel growth strategies are effectively executed across all portfolios.
