Job summary

A leading professional services firm in Pretoria is looking for a Head of Employee Experience & Engagement to drive a strategic approach to enhance employee engagement and experience. This role requires over 10 years of experience in Human Capital with at least 5 years in a leadership position, and involves shaping the full employee lifecycle and aligning strategies with business priorities. The salary range for this position is R1.2 - R1.5 million per annum.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Human Capital or Employee Engagement roles, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
• Proven experience in employee experience design, internal communication and engagement.
• Experience in EVP, occupational health & safety, and employee wellbeing programmes.
