Role Overview

The HCP Engagement Specialist serves as the central link between Ethica's internal teams and external healthcare stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing relationships, coordinating engagement activities, and ensuring seamless communication between HCPs, pharmacists, and the business. This is a pivotal role in ensuring that HCPs are informed, supported, and engaged through well-executed interactions and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and clinic sisters.
  • Act as the primary liaison, coordinating meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Support pharmacy engagement and training initiatives to enhance product and treatment understanding.
  • Organize small-scale events, webinars, and congress activities in collaboration with the marketing and medical teams.
  • Manage all logistical and communication elements of HCP engagement projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the HCP engagement database.
Required Experience
  • A BSc (Bachelor of Science) Degree – Preferable.
  • Minimum of 1 year working experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent business communication.
  • A friendly and outgoing personality with a love for engaging with others.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service.
