Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic electrical work.

• Maintain, repair, and move furniture.
• Install and replace floors, tiling and stairs as needed.
• Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings.
• Perform thorough facility inspections and schedule any necessary repairs (internal & external).
• Maintain accurate records / documentation associated with your work.
• To be able to work at heights (non‑Acrophobia).
