We are seeking an exceptional Guest Experience Manager to join a world-class luxury estate in the heart of Franschhoek. This exclusive-use property hosts 8-16 guests and forms part of a prestigious Luxury Collection known for refined hospitality and effortless, memorable experiences. This is a live‑out role and requires an individual with deep expertise, grace under pressure, and a genuine passion for delivering elevated guest journeys.

The Ideal Candidate Brings
  • 5+ years' experience in luxury hotels, fine‑dining restaurants, or high‑end hospitality
  • Exceptional wine knowledge - service, pairings, and cellar management
  • Strong culinary and fine‑dining understanding, including menu structure and service timing
  • A warm, spontaneous, and guest‑centric personality with polished communication
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Reliable own transport and a valid driver's licence
  • Professional habits and consistent reliability
  • A collaborative approach across both front and back of house
Additional Advantages
