Qualifications

• Experience in Guest Relations or Front of House in a Hotel Spa.
• Confident in liaising with local and international guests.
• Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment.
• Computer confident and able to do daily reports and guest communication.
• Very well spoken, clear, and confident in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare guests for services and attend to queries.
• Operate incoming calls, e-mails, or walk-ins.
• Provide recommendations for accommodations and activities.
