About the role

We are partnering with a renowned global leader in the drinks and beverages industry to hire a Graphic Designer. Based on-site (hybrid) within a regional team of seven, you will craft distinctive B2B and B2C communications that strengthen the brand across online and offline channels. From venue branding to digital activations. Reporting to the Regional Creative Traffic Manager, you’ll work closely with the Creative Team and cross-functional partners to create compelling visuals across different channels and content types, overseeing production and finalization to ensure impactful delivery that elevates market presence and resonates with both consumers and trade partners.

What you will be doing

Create artwork for on/offline communications (brochures, leaflets, ads, emails, web banners, large format) and assist with logos, promotional materials, POS displays, and packaging while maintaining brand consistency across all channels.

Demonstrate creative flair while working within brand guidelines, with strong understanding of brand identity, visual storytelling, and marketing principles.

Maintain organised filing systems for completed work and internal processes, while identifying areas for improvement.

Lead out-of-home (OOH) adaptations from concept to completion, including design modifications, scaling for large-format applications, and preparation of final print-ready files.

Lead packaging and print initiatives, ensuring all materials - including packaging, VAPs, labels, and printed assets - are delivered with precision, high quality, and full alignment to brand standards.

Possess proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) with ability to create animated content for digital platforms.

Show experience designing for both print and digital, including POS materials, menus, social media assets, and venue branding for on-trade and off-trade activations.

Maintain excellent communication and collaboration skills with fluency in English to facilitate smooth project outcomes.

Have 3-5 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in alcohol, beverage, or hospitality industry) with a portfolio showcasing diverse creative work across different media.

Excited to work with GenAI tools and explore innovative ways to blend human creativity with AI efficiencies to enhance design workflows and outcomes

What you need to be great in this role

Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.

Ability to conceptualize and produce visibility materials that enhance brand presence in physical spaces.

Designing visually appealing promotional Key visuals, menus, brochure, POS, branding and print materials that reflect brand aesthetics.

Excellent Adobe CS skills with great knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator with the ability to produce bespoke digitally drawn assets from scratch.

An innate and deep affinity with layout, typography and idea-generation.

Developing engaging social media visuals and animated content that drive online interaction.

Design engaging 2D mockups for retail activations and branded POS displays - including units, FSUs, shelves, and other in-store elements - to visually communicate brand identity and enhance shopper experience.

Exceptional motion design skills with a proven ability to create engaging and visually compelling content.

Proficient in Adobe After Effects and related motion design software, with a strong understanding of animation workflows and visual effects.

Deep passion for 2D motion graphics, capable of animating across diverse styles and techniques to deliver engaging visual narratives.

Passionate about using GenAI tools to fuse human creativity with AI efficiency, enhancing design workflows and outcomes.

Experience in consumer goods, luxury, or drinks and beverages sectors preferred.
