Overview

DescriptionMain purpose of the job

Responsibilities
  • Graduate placements provide learners with the opportunity to gain on-the job exposure in the field of Remuneration & Benefits Administration.High level job objectives
  • Capture new employees on Payroll System
  • Update current employee profiles on Payroll System
  • Verify documentation on HR Management System, and request outstanding documents
  • Reconcile and verify data on HR Management System and Payroll System (terminations, appointments, all other payroll updates)
  • Prepares monthly reports on payroll (CTC variances, headcounts, overtime, etc).
  • Confirm terminations and prepare monthly temp leave payout file
  • Complete UI19 - monthly
  • Liaise with the regional administrators
  • General administrative support to the Remuneration, Benefits & Payroll team
Qualifications
  • Completed 3-year national qualification in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration
  • No experience is required since it is aimed at unemployed graduates(Desirable)
