Responsibilities

• Contact clients who have made enquiries to gather information about their financial situation.
• Assess client financial information to determine their financial position.
• Make outbound calls to potential clients.
• Manage consumer engagements on Outbound Channels.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage client expectations.
• Transfer eligible consumers to the Financial Consulting team.
