Job Purpose

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of key logistics and supply chain functions within the organization. The role is designed to provide hands‑on exposure to end‑to‑end supply chain operations – including procurement, inventory management, warehousing distribution and supplier coordination while developing professional and leadership skills for future advancement within DHL.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Assist with daily operations across procurement, warehousing, transport and inventory management.
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting on supply chain metrics (eg. Lead times, delivery accuracy, cost efficiency)
• Participate in demand and supply planning meetings to understand forecasting and capacity alignment
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and reconciling inventory variances
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations and operational standards
• Prepare presentations and reports for management review
