What you’ll be responsible for
  • All aspects of Google Ads and YouTube Ads – launching, reporting, optimizing, and scaling in line with client KPIs
  • Media buying across our 35+ clients (and growing)
  • Client communication on daily operations, onboarding, and monthly strategy calls
  • Account optimisation with a strong command of performance metrics
  • Leading the PPC team to hit and exceed targets
Qualifications & Experience
  • Google Advertising Experience – Minimum 2 years managing search, display, and video campaigns with proven success in lead generation
  • Numbers‑Focused Analysis – exceptionally strong with data analysis, interpreting metrics and making strategic decisions based on performance data
  • Client Communication Skills – excellent communication to speak directly with clients, explain campaign performance, and build confidence in our strategies
  • Team Leadership Abilities – responsible for leading and developing a team of PPC specialists, with proven management experience
  • Results Delivery Focus – consistently hit or exceed client KPIs and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI

Position Package
  • Salary Range: R20 – R45 k per month (experience dependent)
  • Work Hours: 8 am – 5 pm
  • Location: Primarily remote with in‑person team meetups in Dainfern, Fourways (minimum twice monthly)
