Job summary

A leading vaccine manufacturer in Cape Town is seeking a Training Coordinator to ensure the compliance of training programs and coordinate all training activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, along with strong technical and computer literacy skills. Responsibilities include maintaining training records, preparing training plans, and providing administrative support to the QA Department. Candidates with Grade 12/Matric or equivalent are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience within a similar position and environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all training as required by the business and consult with the relevant SMEs.
• Ensure that all updated SOPs and WIs are released on time on the Training Management System on Trackwise.
• Provide training evidence to complete training when required.
